Qamar, Abdul

-- see The Arabian Knight

Quentin Carnival:

-- Where Johnny Blaze grew up. This may seem like a contradiction, because the carnival isn't mentioned in any early Ghost Rider stories, but GR2 minus 1 shows him there as kid. The best explanation is that Crash Simpson worked there early on as a stunt rider and that is where he adopted Johnny Blaze, but he later broke off on his own.

-- During his time as a homeless drifter, Blaze runs into the Carnival. At first Mr. Ralph Quentin refuses to hire Blaze because he already has a stunt cyclist (Red Fowler), but Blaze stuns the entire carnival with several fancy tricks, so he gets hired. (GR1 63).

Quentin, Ralph:

-- Owner of the Quentin Carnival.

-- During his early days as a Carnival owner, he mistreated several of his freaks and inadvertently caused their deaths. Two of the freaks who died were Freakmaster's parents. In revenge, the Freakmaster tries to blackmail Ralph Quentin into allowing his entire carnival to be turned into freaks of one sort or another. (TOGRRA 6).
